Boise Hunter Homes is a premier residential developer and homebuilder in the Treasure Valley. Founded in 2007 by Jim and Jan Hunter, our company continues to be family-owned and operated with a focus on move-up/luxury homes and communities like Harris North, Sky Mesa, Harris East, River Park Estates and the master-planned community of Dry Creek Ranch. Each community has its own set of floorplans and elevations as well as unique amenities, such as a neighborhood farm, equestrian arena, and 5-acre community center site. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create compelling and engaging content across various platforms including the website, social media, email newsletters, press releases, events, and collateral materials.
- Write strong, short-form content and real estate descriptions working from floorplans.
- Implement marketing strategies and budgets to meet marketing objectives.
- Maintain digital advertising campaigns .
- Manage advertising budgets.
- Work directly with management to achieve desired lead goals.
- Ability to write SEO & SEM campaigns.
- Creative ability in ad design.
- Website management.
- Social Media management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3 years Marketing experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Great attitude with a high energy personality.
- Ability to shift priorities as needs come up.
- Lasso CRM experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry preferred.
- Experience updating WordPress websites.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS
